Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even baking and a perfect golden-brown color.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and garlic powder. Mix well to evenly distribute the dry ingredients.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30-60 seconds until melted, then stir until smooth.
Add the beaten eggs to the dry ingredients, followed by the melted cheese mixture. Stir until a dough forms. Add more almond flour if dough is too sticky.
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Transfer dough onto it and spread into a thin, even layer about 1/4 inch thick using a spatula or your hands.
