- 1/4 small onion diced
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 small green bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Method: Keto Guacamole
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
