Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 1/4 small onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 small green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Method: Keto Guacamole

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocados to your desired creaminess. Some like it smooth, while others prefer a bit of texture!
  • Stir in the diced onion, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and green bell pepper. Mix well to combine.
  • Pour in the lime juice, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Give it another good mix to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
  • Taste your guacamole and adjust the seasoning if needed. You can always add more lime juice or salt based on your preference.
  • Your Keto Guacamole is ready to be enjoyed! Serve it immediately with your favorite low-carb chips or veggies. If you’re not consuming it right away, store it in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
