Ingredients
  

  • 4 keto tortillas
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the 4 keto tortillas with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Make sure each tortilla is evenly coated for the best flavor.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Once hot, add the tortillas one at a time. Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they are golden and crispy.
  • Once cooked, remove the tortillas from the skillet and allow them to cool slightly. Now, it’s time to get creative! You can top them with your favorite keto-friendly ingredients like avocado and chili powder, cream cheese and smoked salmon, or shredded chicken with salsa and cheese.
  • Slice the tortillas into chips or roll them up with your chosen fillings. Serve with dips like guacamole, sour cream, or a zesty salsa. Enjoy your delicious keto snacks!

  • Store cooked tortillas in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week to keep them fresh.
