Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut chips toasted
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup hemp seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the coconut chips evenly on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant.
  • While the coconut chips are toasting, measure out the sliced almonds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Optionally toast the nuts and seeds in the oven for extra flavor.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the toasted coconut chips, sliced almonds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Add the cinnamon and mix well to coat evenly.
  • Transfer the muesli mixture to an airtight storage container to keep fresh and crunchy.
  • Serve your Low Carb Keto Muesli plain, with unsweetened almond milk, or as a topping for yogurt. Enjoy!
