This Milk & Cookies Lasagna is a no-bake dessert layering creamy goodness with your favorite cookies for a delightful, crowd-pleasing treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 to 15 cookies your choice (chocolate chip, Oreos, or any favorite)
  • 1 cup milk for soaking the cookies
  • Chocolate syrup or caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the 4 ounces of cream cheese, 1/3 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Using a whisk or electric mixer, blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, pour in 1 cup of heavy cream. Using a whisk or electric mixer, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip; you want it to be light and airy!
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Use a spatula to combine, ensuring you maintain the lightness of the whipped cream.
  • Choose your favorite cookies and crush them gently. If using chocolate chip cookies, you can leave them whole or break them into smaller pieces. If opting for Oreos, crush them into crumbs for an extra crunchy layer.
  • In your 9x9 inch baking dish, start by soaking the cookies in a cup of milk for a few seconds. Layer the soaked cookies at the bottom of the dish. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top, followed by another layer of cookies. Repeat the process until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top.
  • Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible. This chilling time allows the layers to meld together, creating a deliciously cohesive dessert.
  • Once chilled, remove the lasagna from the refrigerator. Drizzle some chocolate syrup or caramel sauce on top for an extra touch of decadence. Slice into squares and serve.
