  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup 10.5 ounce can (300 g)
  • ½ cup Sour cream (120 ml)
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese softened (113 g)
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese (240 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 4 cups Cooked, shredded chicken (900 g)
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed (32 crackers)
  • 4 tablespoons Butter melted (60 g)

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, softened cream cheese, and cottage cheese. Mix until smooth.
  • Step 3: Add garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and ground black pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Step 4: Gently fold in the cooked, shredded chicken until well coated.
  • Step 5: Lightly grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish. Pour the chicken mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
  • Step 6: Crush the Ritz crackers and sprinkle over the top. Drizzle melted butter over the crackers.
  • Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are bubbling and topping is golden brown.
  • Step 8: Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Consider adding green onions or diced pimentos for extra flavor. Rotisserie chicken can save time. Allow resting time after baking for easier serving.
