Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, softened cream cheese, and cottage cheese. Mix until smooth.
Step 3: Add garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and ground black pepper. Stir to combine.
Step 4: Gently fold in the cooked, shredded chicken until well coated.
Step 5: Lightly grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish. Pour the chicken mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
Step 6: Crush the Ritz crackers and sprinkle over the top. Drizzle melted butter over the crackers.
Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are bubbling and topping is golden brown.
Step 8: Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Consider adding green onions or diced pimentos for extra flavor. Rotisserie chicken can save time. Allow resting time after baking for easier serving.
