- 1 1/2 cups salted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter chips
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups mini M&Ms
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted salted butter. Stir until evenly coated and mixture resembles wet sand.
Press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
Evenly sprinkle the old-fashioned oats over the crust. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the oats, ensuring even coverage.
Scatter peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and mini M&Ms over the top of the condensed milk and oats.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and center is set.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Lift bars out using parchment paper and slice into squares or rectangles.
- Substitute half the graham cracker crumbs with almond flour for a healthier option.
- Replace sweetened condensed milk with coconut milk-based homemade version for a lighter choice.
- Use dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate for richer flavor and antioxidants.
- Swap peanut butter chips for almond butter chips to vary the nutty flavor.
- Store bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
