In a large bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/3 cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 teaspoons dried oregano, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, and 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg until combined.
Add the chicken breast strips to the marinade and toss or spoon to coat them evenly.
Cover and refrigerate to marinate for 20 minutes.
Preheat the Ninja Foodi air crisp basket at 360°F (air crisp) for 5 minutes.
Place a single layer of 1-inch chicken strips in the preheated basket, working in batches if needed so pieces do not overlap.
Season the top of the chicken with salt and pepper.
Cook at 360°F for 5 minutes, flip each strip, then cook another 5 minutes or until cooked through and juices run clear (internal temperature 165°F).
Remove the cooked chicken from the Foodi and serve immediately; repeat with remaining batches if necessary.
