Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 24 cookies Oreo cookies
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Filling Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Crust - Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling - Beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar, melted chocolate, and vanilla. Mix well. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the chocolate mixture.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Cheesecake - Pour the chocolate filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  • Step 4: Chill - Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Step 5: Serve and Enjoy! - Remove from the springform pan, garnish if desired, slice, and serve cold.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
