Ingredients
  

  • 6 tablespoons butter softened
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 6 tablespoons quick cooking oats pulsed in food processor
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats not pulsed in the food processor
  • 10 tablespoons miniature M&Ms divided into 8 tablespoons and 2 tablespoons
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream

No Bake Monster Cookies

  • Begin by gathering all your ingredients and equipment. Make sure your butter is softened for easy mixing.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, sugar, brown sugar, and creamy peanut butter. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the pulsed quick cooking oats, vanilla extract, and salt until everything is well combined. The mixture should be thick and sticky.
  • Gently fold in the remaining quick cooking oats, 8 tablespoons of miniature M&Ms, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and heavy cream. Ensure everything is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Using a spatula or your hands, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and shape them into balls or drop them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Once all cookies are formed, sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of M&Ms on top for decoration. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the cookies to set.
  • After chilling, remove the cookies from the refrigerator. Serve them cold and enjoy the delightful combination of flavors and textures!
