  • 4 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking and perfect crunch.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until fully mixed and honey is incorporated.
  • Add the quick oats to the wet mixture and stir until the oats are evenly coated with the mixture.

  • Bake the granola in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking and prevent burning.
  • Remove from oven and allow the granola to cool completely on the baking sheet for a crunchy texture. Store in an airtight container.
