Ingredients
  

  • 7 Oreo cookies
  • 1/3 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, chocolate syrup, or extra Oreos

Instructions
 

  • Place the 7 Oreo cookies in your microwave-safe mug. Use a spoon to crush them into fine crumbs, leaving some chunks if you prefer texture.
  • Pour in 1/3 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based). Stir until the Oreo crumbs are fully combined with the milk.
  • Sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder. Mix well to combine.
  • Microwave the mug on high for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. The cake should rise and appear set when done.
  • Carefully remove the mug from the microwave and let it cool for a minute or two.
  • Top your cake with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, or crushed Oreos as desired. Enjoy immediately!
