- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 2 cups Reese's Puff cereal
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 oz melting chocolates such as almond bark
- 1 cup Reese's Pieces candy
Start by popping your popcorn. Remove any unpopped kernels.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the honey and sugar. Stir constantly until it comes to a gentle boil. Boil for about 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the popped popcorn and Reese's Puff cereal. Pour the peanut butter mixture over and gently mix until coated.
Fold in the Reese's Pieces candy evenly throughout the mix.
Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool and set.
Melt the melting chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn mix and allow to set for a few minutes.
Once the chocolate has hardened, break the mixture into pieces and enjoy.
- Store the mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
- For a vegan version, substitute honey with maple syrup or agave nectar.
- Try different types of chocolate like milk, dark, or white chocolate for variety.
