  • Baking Sheet
  • Microwave-safe Bowl

Ingredients

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 2 cups Reese's Puff cereal
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 oz melting chocolates such as almond bark
  • 1 cup Reese's Pieces candy

Instructions

  • Start by popping your popcorn. Remove any unpopped kernels.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the honey and sugar. Stir constantly until it comes to a gentle boil. Boil for about 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the popped popcorn and Reese's Puff cereal. Pour the peanut butter mixture over and gently mix until coated.
  • Fold in the Reese's Pieces candy evenly throughout the mix.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool and set.
  • Melt the melting chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn mix and allow to set for a few minutes.
  • Once the chocolate has hardened, break the mixture into pieces and enjoy.

Notes

  • Store the mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
  • For a vegan version, substitute honey with maple syrup or agave nectar.
  • Try different types of chocolate like milk, dark, or white chocolate for variety.
