Smoke the Cream Cheese
Preheat your pellet grill to 225°F (about 107°C).
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into a small cast-iron skillet or heat-safe dish.
Place the dish on the preheated pellet grill and smoke for 60 to 90 minutes until the cream cheese is soft and slightly caramelized on top.
Remove from the grill and let cool for a few minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Serve and Garnish
Transfer the smoked cream cheese to a serving platter and garnish with optional toppings like fresh herbs, diced jalapenos, sesame seeds, or a drizzle of honey.
- Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture and best flavor.
- Be patient with the smoking process to achieve a deep, smoky taste without drying out the cream cheese.
- Customize your toppings with herbs, spices, or sweeteners to suit your taste preferences.
