Prepare the Delallo Gnocchi Kit according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil, and warm until shimmering.
Add the minced garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant, stirring so it does not brown.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning, then bring the sauce to a simmer.
Reduce the heat to low, stir in the grated Parmesan, then add the cooked gnocchi and combine until evenly coated.
Transfer the gnocchi and sauce to a baking dish, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the top, then arrange the pepperoni and the sliced whole milk mozzarella over the cheese.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, let rest a few minutes, then serve.
