Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure the Pepperoni Rolls bake evenly and become golden brown.
Open the can of pizza dough and carefully unroll it onto a lightly floured surface. If using Pillsbury thin crust, it should already be rolled into a rectangle shape.
Evenly distribute the pepperoni slices over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Then layer the mozzarella cheese slices on top of the pepperoni.
Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape, encasing the pepperoni and cheese inside. Pinch the seams to seal the roll well.
Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, slice the rolled dough into approximately 1 to 2-inch pieces. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Mix the melted garlic butter with a sprinkle of Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the rolls for added flavor and a delightful crust.
Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce like marinara or ranch.
