Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Beef - Begin by placing the ground beef in a large mixing bowl. Add kosher salt and ground black pepper to the beef and gently mix.
Step 2: Form the Patties - Divide the beef into equal portions, shaping each into a patty about ¾ inch thick with a slight indent in the center.
Step 3: Preheat the Grill - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Step 4: Butter the Buns - Spread softened salted butter on the cut sides of each bun.
Step 5: Grill the Burgers - Place the patties on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 3-4 minutes.
