Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup store-bought mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons prepared pesto or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove garlic clove finely grated
  • to taste Kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add 1 cup of store-bought mayonnaise to form the creamy base of your aioli.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of prepared pesto to the bowl. Homemade pesto can be used for a personal touch.
  • Pour in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavors.
  • Finely grate 1 garlic clove and add it to the bowl to infuse a garlicky aroma.
  • Sprinkle in a pinch of kosher salt, starting small and adjusting as needed.
  • Whisk or stir all ingredients together until well combined and smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
  • Refrigerate the Pesto Aioli for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Freeze in small portions for longer storage; thaw in the refrigerator before use.
  • Customize by adding fresh herbs, roasted peppers, or sun-dried tomatoes for seasonal variations.
