Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 1 spritz cooking spray
  • 3/4 cup protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sweetener of choice

Instructions
 

  • Begin by air-popping 6 cups of popcorn. If using stovetop, use minimal oil to keep it light. Transfer popcorn to a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine protein powder, salt, granulated sweetener, and cinnamon (if using). Whisk until well blended.
  • Lightly spritz the popped popcorn with cooking spray to help protein powder adhere.
  • Evenly sprinkle the protein mix over the popcorn. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Serve immediately for best crunch or store in an airtight container for later snacking.
