Begin by preheating your oven to 250°F (120°C). This low and slow cooking method ensures that the crackers become perfectly crispy without burning.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. This will make it easier to remove the crackers once they’re done baking and will help with cleanup.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cheez-It crackers, oyster crackers, Triscuit crackers, and Ritz crackers. Gently mix them together to evenly distribute the different types of crackers.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted unsalted butter, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, ranch seasoning mix, dill weed, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, hickory liquid smoke (if using), chili powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and chipotle powder. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
Pour the flavor mixture over the cracker blend. Using a spatula or your hands, gently toss the crackers until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture. Be careful not to break the crackers as you mix.
Spread the seasoned cracker mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even cooking. The crackers should become golden and crispy.
Once baked, remove the crackers from the oven and allow them to cool completely on the baking sheet. This will help them crisp up even more. Once cooled, transfer them to a serving bowl or an airtight container.
