Prepare Your Ingredients

  • Start by washing your fresh raspberries and mint leaves thoroughly. Squeeze the limes to extract fresh lime juice. Having everything ready and fresh will ensure the best taste.

Muddle the Raspberries and Mint

  • In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, add the raspberries and mint leaves. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press them together to release the raspberry juices and mint oils without pulverizing the leaves.

Add Lime Juice and Sweetener

  • Pour in the fresh lime juice and honey or agave syrup. Stir gently to combine and dissolve the sweetener, forming the vibrant base of your mocktail.

Add Ice and Sparkling Water

  • Fill your glass or shaker halfway with ice cubes. Top with sparkling water and gently stir to mix without flattening the bubbles.
