- 2 cups cold water
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup optional

Start by peeling and chopping your ripe pineapple into manageable chunks. Remove the core if you prefer a smoother texture.
Peel a fresh piece of ginger about an inch long. Grate it finely to release its spicy and aromatic oils.
Add the chopped pineapple, grated ginger, and 2 cups of cold water into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and well combined. Add more water if a thinner consistency is desired.
