- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Preheat your cooking method: air fryer or oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cleaned and dried baby potatoes with oil and melted butter. Toss until well-coated.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes. Add grated Parmesan cheese and toss to coat evenly.
Cooking
