Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies for crunch and texture
  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or dark
  • 1 cup Nutella creamy hazelnut spread
  • 1 cup sliced almonds lightly salted and toasted
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the sliced almonds on a baking sheet and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and fragrant. Watch closely to avoid burning.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Krispies, chocolate chips, toasted sliced almonds, and mini marshmallows. Stir gently to mix evenly.
  • Warm the Nutella in a microwave-safe bowl for 20 to 30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Stir well.
  • Pour the melted Nutella over the dry mixture. Use a spatula to fold everything together until well coated.
  • Form small mounds of the mixture using your hands or a cookie scoop. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the cookies in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm and set.

  • Toast the almonds well for maximum flavor; you can substitute with walnuts or pecans.
  • Use dairy-free chocolate chips to make this recipe vegan-friendly.
