Instructions
 

  • Ensure you have all ingredients ready and measured out. This makes the process smooth and quick.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the 2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of fat-free plain Greek yogurt. Use a whisk or a spoon to blend them until smooth.
  • Stir in the 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped scallion. This will add not only flavor but also a nice pop of color.
  • Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and a few cracks of fresh pepper. Adjust the seasoning to your taste, ensuring the dip is well-balanced.
