  • 2 pieces Bagels Halved

Cream Cheese

  • ¼ cup Cream Cheese Softened

Smoked Salmon

  • 4 ounces Smoked Salmon

Vegetables

  • ¼ small Red Onion Thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Capers Drained and roughly chopped
  • ½ clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Dill Chopped, plus extra for garnish
  • ½ piece Avocado Sliced
  • ¼ piece English Cucumber Thinly sliced into ribbons
  • ½ cup Leafy Greens Watercress or spinach

Seasoning

  • Salt To taste
  • Ground Black Pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Toast the bagel halves to your preferred level of crunchiness using a toaster or oven.
  • Step 2: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with minced garlic and fresh dill until well combined.
  • Step 3: Spread the cream cheese mixture generously on each toasted bagel half, then layer with smoked salmon.
  • Step 4: Add sliced red onions, chopped capers, avocado slices, and cucumber ribbons on top of the salmon.
  • Step 5: Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, garnish with fresh dill, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a squeeze of fresh lemon juice over the salmon. Use flavored cream cheese for added taste.
