Equipment

  • Mixing Bowls
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Electric Mixer
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Spatula
  • Cooling rack

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter at room temperature
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 Hershey bars chopped (or equivalent amount of snack-sized Hershey bars)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures that your cookies bake evenly.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt. Set this mix aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing until completely combined.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Using a spatula, gently fold in the miniature chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and chopped Hershey bars until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving enough space for spreading. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • Store cooled cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • Freeze cookies in a single layer on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.
  • Reheat frozen cookies in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
  • For a healthier option, substitute half the flour with whole wheat flour or use coconut oil instead of butter.
  • Chopped nuts can be added with the chocolate chips and marshmallows for extra texture.
