Open the ramen packages and discard the seasoning packets.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles for about 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
While the noodles cook, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak strips to the hot skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown.
Stir in the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, white vinegar, minced onion, minced garlic, and brown sugar. Mix well to combine.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer the sauce with the steak for about 5 minutes to meld flavors.
Add the drained noodles to the skillet and toss thoroughly to coat them in the sauce and combine with the steak.
Sprinkle sliced green onions over the noodles and serve.
