  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp minced onion

Instructions

  • Open the ramen packages and discard the seasoning packets.
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles for about 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  • While the noodles cook, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the steak strips to the hot skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown.
  • Stir in the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, white vinegar, minced onion, minced garlic, and brown sugar. Mix well to combine.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer the sauce with the steak for about 5 minutes to meld flavors.
  • Add the drained noodles to the skillet and toss thoroughly to coat them in the sauce and combine with the steak.

Notes

  • Use any cut of steak you prefer.
  • For rarer steak, remove it before adding the sauce and return it to the skillet with the noodles.
  • You can add broccoli, green beans, mushrooms, or asparagus to the noodle mixture.
  • Adjust the amount of hot sauce to taste.
  • Substitute soy sauce for hot sauce if desired.
  • Frank's hot sauce was used in the original recipe.
