  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 teaspoons Honey (optional) For sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients. Make sure you have all your ingredients ready.
  • Step 2: Prepare the Fruit. Hull and wash fresh strawberries. If using frozen fruit, no need to thaw.
  • Step 3: Add to Blender. Combine strawberries, blueberries, milk, Greek yogurt, and cinnamon in a blender. Add honey if desired.
  • Step 4: Blend Until Smooth. Blend on high until combined and smooth. Add more milk if too thick.
  • Step 5: Taste and Adjust. Taste the smoothie and add more honey if you want it sweeter, then blend briefly.
