Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding
  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple do not drain
  • 4 oz. whipped topping thawed
  • Graham crackers, Nilla wafers, or vanilla wafer sticks for dipping

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with your mixer on medium speed until it’s smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  • Add the instant vanilla pudding mix to the cream cheese. Mix on low speed until combined and thickened.
  • Gently fold in the 20 oz. of crushed pineapple (with juice) using a spatula until evenly mixed.
  • Carefully fold in the thawed whipped topping into the pineapple and cream cheese mixture for a light, fluffy texture.
  • Transfer the dip into a serving dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled with graham crackers, Nilla wafers, or vanilla wafer sticks.

Notes

  • Make sure your cream cheese is softened for easy mixing by leaving it out at room temperature for about an hour before starting.
  • For best flavor, chill the dip for several hours or overnight to let the flavors develop fully.
  • This dip can be made a day in advance, perfect for party prep and convenience.
  • If you prefer a creamier dip, add a bit more whipped topping when folding it in.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; stir in whipped topping if it thickens too much.
