- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Brussels sprouts optional, for a side dish
In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well blended.
Place the boneless skinless chicken breasts into the bowl with the marinade. Use your hands or a brush to ensure each piece is thoroughly coated with the seasoning mixture.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Once preheated, place the marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded to allow proper air circulation. If you’re adding Brussels sprouts, place them around the chicken.
Air fry the chicken for about 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
