  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • 1/4 cup salted butter softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures that the toast will be cooked evenly and the topping melts just right.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Use a spatula or a whisk to mix until the ingredients are well blended and creamy.
  • Place the slices of sandwich bread on a baking tray. Make sure they are spaced apart to ensure even toasting.
  • Generously spread the cinnamon mixture over each slice of bread. Be sure to cover the entire surface for maximum flavor.
  • Transfer the baking tray to the preheated oven. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the topping is bubbly.
