Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Serving glasses
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops Breyer's Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 teaspoons decaf espresso powder
  • 1 cup milk whole, almond, or oat milk
  • whipped cream for topping
  • cocoa powder for dusting
  • 4 lady fingers

Instructions

  • In your blender, combine the 4 scoops of Breyer's Natural Vanilla Ice Cream, 2 teaspoons of decaf espresso powder, and 1 cup of milk. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy with a thick, milkshake consistency.
  • Break the 4 lady fingers into smaller pieces and add them to the blender. Pulse a few times until they’re incorporated but still have some small chunks for texture.
  • Give your milkshake a taste test. If you’d like it sweeter, add a touch of sugar or a drizzle of honey and blend again.
  • Pour the milkshake into your prepared serving glasses. Top generously with whipped cream and a light dusting of cocoa powder for that signature tiramisu finish.
  • Grab a straw or a spoon and enjoy your delicious Tiramisu Milkshake immediately while it’s cold and refreshing.

Notes

  • Adjust milk quantity if the milkshake is too thick by adding more milk a tablespoon at a time.
  • Use regular coffee instead of decaf espresso powder for a stronger caffeine kick, but let it cool first.
  • Substitute lady fingers with sponge cake or vanilla wafers if unavailable.
  • Make it dairy-free using non-dairy ice cream and plant-based milk like almond or oat milk.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer; reblend before serving to restore texture.
