Turkey Havarti Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients

whole wheat bagel, sliced
mustard or mayonnaise
as desired
1
slice
Arla Havarti cheese
or 1 ounce chunk cheese, sliced
2
slices
deli turkey
1
leaf
lettuce
3
slices
tomato
salt and black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Slice the whole wheat bagel in half horizontally and place both halves cut-side up on a cutting board.
Spread mustard or mayonnaise on the cut sides of the bagel, if desired.
Place the Havarti cheese on one bagel half, then top with the deli turkey slices.
Add the lettuce leaf and tomato slices on top of the turkey.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Close the sandwich with the other bagel half, cut in half if desired, and serve.
Notes
Use your preferred bagel type if you don't have whole wheat.
Swap mustard or mayonnaise based on taste.
Slice the tomato thinly for easier biting.
