Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9" x 13" baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup Tomato Juice, 3/4 cup Oatmeal, 1 beaten Egg, 1/4 teaspoon Onion Salt, 1 teaspoon Salt, and 1/2 teaspoon Pepper; mix well.
Brown 2 pounds ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain excess fat and let the beef cool slightly.
Add the cooked ground beef to the bowl with the mixed ingredients and stir until evenly combined.
Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared 9" x 13" baking pan.
Spoon or spread 1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup over the beef mixture.
Arrange 28 ounces tater tots in a single layer over the soup-topped beef.
Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour, until the tater tots are golden and the casserole is heated through.
Let the casserole rest 5 minutes before serving.
