Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened (2 sticks)
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method: Whipped Honey Butter

  • Ensure your unsalted butter is softened to room temperature. Cut into small pieces if needed to speed softening.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter, honey, and salt.
  • Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the mixture on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes. Scrape down the sides with a spatula to combine fully.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness or saltiness by adding more honey or salt if desired.
  • Transfer whipped honey butter into a storage container. Smooth the top with a spatula and seal tightly.
