  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Spread 5 cups chopped cooked chicken in an even layer on the bottom of the prepared dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine 2 (10.5-oz) cans Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup, 1/3 cup sour cream, 2-oz cream cheese (room temperature), 3/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 tsp onion powder (or to taste), and 1/4 tsp garlic powder (or to taste). • Sprinkle 1 (6-oz) box cornbread stuffing (uncooked) evenly over the top of the soup mixture.
  • In a small bowl, mix 3/4 cup chicken broth with 4 Tbsp melted butter. Pour the broth-and-butter mixture evenly over the stuffing so the dry stuffing is moistened.
  • Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the casserole is heated through and the stuffing is lightly browned.
