  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup salted butter softened

Instructions

Moroccan Spice Butter

  • Begin by allowing your salted butter to come to room temperature to soften.
  • While the butter softens, mince the garlic clove finely and measure out the smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, and fennel into a small bowl.
  • In your mixing bowl, add the softened butter, minced garlic, and all of the spices. Mix everything together using a spatula until well combined.
  • Fold in the finely chopped fresh cilantro to add a fresh, herbal note.
  • Taste the butter and adjust the spices if desired to suit your preference.
  • Transfer the Moroccan Spice Butter to an airtight container or small jar. Store in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage.
