Moroccan Spice Butter
Begin by allowing your salted butter to come to room temperature to soften.
While the butter softens, mince the garlic clove finely and measure out the smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, and fennel into a small bowl.
In your mixing bowl, add the softened butter, minced garlic, and all of the spices. Mix everything together using a spatula until well combined.
Fold in the finely chopped fresh cilantro to add a fresh, herbal note.
Taste the butter and adjust the spices if desired to suit your preference.
Transfer the Moroccan Spice Butter to an airtight container or small jar. Store in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage.
