Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole raw nuts choose your favorites such as almonds, cashews, pecans, or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup sugar for sweetness and glaze
  • 1 tablespoon butter adds rich flavor and helps sugar melt

Instructions
 

  • Measure out all your ingredients to have them ready.
  • Place your non-stick skillet on medium heat and let it warm for about 1 minute.
  • Add the tablespoon of butter to the skillet and swirl until melted, about 30 seconds.
  • Sprinkle in the 1/4 cup of sugar and stir continuously for about 1 minute until sugar dissolves and combines with butter.
  • Add the 1 cup of whole raw nuts and stir constantly for 3-4 minutes, coating them evenly as the sugar caramelizes.
  • Remove skillet from heat and transfer glazed nuts onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet to cool and prevent clumping.
  • Allow nuts to cool for a few minutes, then enjoy warm or at room temperature.
